On 4 July 2022, eight of our Pathlight scouts took part in a tree planting event at East Coast Park as part of the OneMillionTrees Movement.

The OneMillionTrees Movement aims to transform Singapore into a "City in Nature" by planting a million more trees over the next 10 years. Our Pathlight scouts certainly brought along with them much zeal and enthusiasm to the event as they actively participated in preparing the ground for tree planting and learning how to plant trees to ensure it grows well.

Through this event, our scouts showcased Pathlight’s 5Cs values of contribution and conviction, and learnt the importance of being stewards of the environment!
