A warm welcome to you and your child/ward to Pathlight School! I am delighted to have you join our Pathlight family.
Thank you for entrusting us with the education and care of your child/ward. As part of our school's mission, we are committed to helping your child/ward achieve his/her highest potential.
As your child/ward embarks on this exciting journey, it is important that you help your child/ward adjust to the new environment and make the most of his/her education. To do so, we have prepared some useful information here and will also continue to update this page with new information in the coming weeks. Do keep a lookout for such updates!

In preparation for your child's enrolment into Pathlight, we have arranged for registration to be on 20 and 21 November 2024. (Please submit the Form together with photocopy of the page with details of your child’s bank account (can be joint account). Please note that this account should not be a Child Development Account (CDA)). - Enabling Transport Subsidy (School bus transport subsidy administered by SG Enable)
If you are applying for school bus transport subsidy provided by SG Enable, please submit the completed Means-testing Form with supporting documents (photocopied) to Pathlight School by end October. Parents are to mail in the completed Means-testing Form to Pathlight School (Ang Mo Kio Campus 1) (5 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, Singapore 569739). Please submit by post only. No walk-in submissions will be allowed. - School Smart Card
School will assist to apply for the Primary School Smart Card for your child if he/she does not have one.

2. BRING sufficient money (if you are paying by cash) to pay for:
- School Fees (For more details on the amount to pay, please refer to the parents' letter.)
- Report book ($8)
- School bus transport deposit if applicable (1 month)
- School textbooks and school uniforms (Note: Parents are encouraged to bring their own recycling bags for their purchases as part of our sustainability efforts. Otherwise, please note that the school book and uniform vendors will be charging $0.20 for each plastic bag.)
3. IDENTIFY your bank account for school fees deduction via GIRO and complete the relevant form
4. OPEN a bank account for your child under your child's name. This is to facilitate the direct-crediting of bursary or monetary awards (if applicable). Please note that this account SHOULD NOT be a Child Development Account (CDA).

School Uniforms
The uniform vendor will be in school on Registration Day. For sizing purposes, please bring your child's current set of T-shirt and shorts to guide you in selecting the right uniforms. If you wish to buy uniforms before/after the Registration Day, you can get them from Bibi & Baba, our appointed uniform supplier at the following addresses:

School Books
The school books vendor will be in school on Registration Day. You may purchase schoolbooks directly from our vendor during Registration Day.
The booklist will be given to parents during Registration Day.

School Bus Transport Service
Transport Vendor's details will be shared via email during the first week of November. Upon release of the details, please contact the Transport Vendor directly.
Parents may also register your interest with the Transport Vendor directly during registration day. Do note that the vendor will require a one-month deposit to confirm the bus service.
School Fees & Subsidy
School fees for Singapore Citizens:

School fees for January and December 2025 are collected during registration.
- For parents who had paid the $150 commitment fee, this amount will cover for January 2025. Please make payment for December remainder school fees of $60 on Registration Day. For those who did not pay the commitment fee, please make payment for the 2 months. Payment can be made by Cash or PayNow on Registration Day.
- For those who intend to apply for subsidy, please make an initial payment of $50 during registration. Payment of final school fees can be made after subsidy is processed.
For subsequent monthly school fees payment, GIRO payment is the school’s preferred mode of school fees collection. As the bank takes about two months to process GIRO applications, cash/cheque payments for school fees must be made at Pathlight’s General Office in the meantime. We will notify you when your GIRO application is approved. Kindly contact Pathlight’s Finance Department at This email address is being protected from spambots. If you are applying for school fees subsidy and/or Special Education Financial Assistance Scheme (SPED FAS), please submit the completed respective application subsidy forms with supporting documents on Registration Day if you have not done so. Any delay in submission or incomplete documentation may result in your child not being able to enjoy the school fees subsidy for the first month.
For those who have submitted your school fees subsidy form, we will review your application and contact you within the next 2 months to arrange a home visit.
