7 of our Vocational Track students participated in the annual SG Enable Job Shadow Day on Wednesday, 14 September 2022 at Holiday Inn, Little India. 

3 of them learnt how to prepare desserts like Mango Sticky Rice and Crème Brûlée while the other 4  learnt about Holiday Inn’s housekeeping protocol and tried tidying up the rooms with guidance.

Through this experience, our students were able to apply what they have learnt in an authentic setting and gained a better understanding of the skills required in the Hotel and Accommodation Services Industry!
