Renowned violinist Kam Ning visited Pathlight School and put up a special performance for our upper Primary and Secondary 4 students. She rendered two beautiful pieces, one of which is her personal favourite, Amazing Grace which she has rearranged, and a Hungarian folk song by Béla Bartók.

The students enjoyed the short performance thoroughly and several students also had the chance to ask Kam Ning some questions on her journey in becoming an outstanding violinist. Kam Ning shared on the importance of perseverance and hard work in order to succeed. She also reminded the students that they are all unique and special and not to let other people tell them other wise!

The visit was truly inspiring for all! Not only did it allow the students to enjoy Kam Ning's energetic performance but also to interact with her. Judging from the enthusiastic applause and numerous requests for autographs and photographs to be taken with her, the visit was indeed a rare and enjoyable treat for all of them!
