To celebrate Deepavali, our Primary School Pathlighters participated in various activities and learnt about the significance of this important festival of the Indian community in Singapore. They engaged in some of the colourful customs of the festival, such as making Rangoli with coloured sand, trying the Indian snack Murukku, and also explored Mehndi art, a form of temporary skin decoration made using henna. 

Kudos to our teachers and staff for putting together these fun and engaging activities, and sharing about the value of racial and religious harmony in our diverse nation.
