A Day to Celebrate Friendships

A Day to Celebrate Friendships

Our Primary 3 to 6 Pathlighters commemorated International Friendship Day this year with one of the largest-scale celebrations to date, which included friends from Oasis Primary School. There were 65 pupils from Oasis Primary altogether joined by 5 teachers, and Oasis Primary's very own Vice-Principal, Mrs Josephine Tan.

Pathlighters played host to their pen pal buddies - Primary 4 students from Oasis Primary, and participated in the various booth activities together. These included learning about the flags and traditional costumes of different countries and putting their best feet forward in a game of chapteh. These activities gave Pathlighters and students from Oasis Primary a better understanding of the different cultures in the world and also enabled them to forge stronger friendships. Their interactions and blossoming friendships were heart-warming to see.
