Last month, Pathlight Runners participated in The Straits Times Run 2018. With over 10,000 participants, it was a good exposure to mass running events and an opportunity for our runners to integrate with the community. Our runners forged close bonds as they encouraged one another to persevere through the 5km run. In the process, they learnt values of excellence, teamwork, respect and friendship. It was also a good opportunity for them to give back to the community as proceeds from the run went to the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund to help children from low-income families.
