On 30 September 2017, we commemorated Teachers’Day. In our continued efforts to integrate students from Pathlight School and our mainstream partners, Pathlighters from the Running Club took part in the Annual Peirce Secondary School Cross Country Run.

During the run, Pathlighters ran alongside Peirce Alumni as well as their peers from Peirce Secondary School. We were treated to great hospitality from our hosts. The camaraderie between Pathlighters and Peirceans was evident as they cheered each other on alongside the friendly competition.

Pathlighters also enjoyed the honour of taking part in the medal presentation ceremony after the race. Medals for the top 8 runners were handed out by our new Vice Principal, Mr Edmund Song. Everyone was beaming with pride as the day ended.

Pathlighters and Peirceans both enjoyed themselves immensely on the day, their bond of togetherness strengthened to endure for long after.
