Students of Vocational Track had a taste of camp life at the Vocational Track’s Music Camp. Held at Campus 1 from 15 to 16 May 2015, the camp, which was one of the school’s Project One programmes, aimed to expose students to at least one activity in the following five areas: Moral, Cognition, Physical, Social Emotional and Aesthetics.
The camp enabled all students to experience camp life with special focus on the enjoyment of music for leisure. Students experienced music-making with an iPad, tried hip-hop dance and went on a tour at The Esplanade. Other than promoting independence among the students, this camp also allowed them to apply skills learned in Daily Living Skills (DLS) class. It was a fruitful time of bonding and learning among students and the educators!
