Pathlight School had the privilege to be invited to the Singapore Airlines’ (SIA) Open House on 25 July 2015, Saturday. Students from Primary 4 Robinia and Primrose classes attended the Open House where they had exclusive access to behind-the-scenes training of the pilots and cabin crew of SIA. They had the opportunity to take part in activities such as touring the Safety Training and the Cabin Crew training facilities. The highlight of the tour which our students enjoyed most was the rare opportunity to fly and steer Boeing B777 on an actual flight simulator used by pilots in their training!

What an exhilarating and thrilling experience for our students! The tour ended with a visit to the SIA Heritage Gallery showcasing SIA’s development over the years. Students also interacted with the Guest of Honour, Senior Minister of State, Ms Josephine Teo during their lunch.
