Students from Primary 3 went on hiking at MacRitchie Reservoir on 31 August 2015. This outing is part of Project One where Pathlight Students will be exposed to at least one activity in the following areas: Moral, Cognition, Physical, Social Emotional and Aesthetics.
Students had the experience to exercise in nature and were able to revise what they have learnt in Science and History lessons. They showed resilience by completing the hiking despite the hot weather. Games were also organised for students where they worked together in teams to complete the games station.
We are also delighted to have volunteers from Ministry of Manpower supporting the day hike. It was definitely a day of fun and learning for both students and educators!
